Employee Dashboard: A clean, modern interface with features such as: o Login screen for employees with email/password credentials. o Employee dashboard displaying available funds, unused credit, and repayment notifications. o Display of multiple payment options o Integration to process transactions and track repayments o Feature for employees to check their eligibility for credit solutions via API integration to partner institution. o Account management tools, including viewing dependents, uploading receipts, and tracking transactions. o Detailed expenditure reports for compliance and planning. o Viewable transaction history. o Dashboard to track spending limit and utilization. o Dashboard to view dependents and their spending limits.
2. Pre-Authorization Process: A multi-step process for employees to submit pre-transaction requests, including: o Selecting healthcare providers and services. o Selecting beneficiaries and payment method o Indicating payment amounts and repayment plans. o Confirming details before authorization. 3. Receipt Upload and Validation: o Post-transaction receipt upload feature for proof of payments. o Automated validation to cross-check receipts against pre-authorization details. 4. Employer Dashboard (Admin): o Features to register employees and dependents. o Manage flagged transactions and set company-specific rules. o Dashboard for setting spending limits o Reports Core Features: o Automated pre-transaction and post-transaction validation processes. o Receipt management and cross-checking mechanisms. o Automated calculation of fees and loan amounts based on employee inputs. o Fraud detection and reporting capabilities. o API integration with partner institutions
