The work on this, us working in tandem, will be completed in 6-7 weeks max. The fee offered reflects that you will not be working solely on this project, but it feels like a fair return for the input of an experienced and/or highly proactive and enthusiastic freelance. Realistically, you'll have cleared funds in your account by the end of Feb '25
I will consider bids from outside the UK, but you will need to demonstrate a bit more than natives perhaps regarding how you can tailor course content to what will mainly be a UK audience
All that said decent and rigorous research can be carried out from anywhere. Another tick in the box, but not a deal breaker if you don't have it, is some genuine interest or past participation in the subject matter
