We are seeking talented voice actors to narrate 250 ebooks and convert them into audiobook format. The selected male and female narrators will be provided with ebook manuscripts ranging in length and genres. Their task will be to professionally record the audiobook narratives with clear diction and emotionally engaging reading. Emphasis will be given to fluidly expressing the characters, setting appropriate pacing and ensuring consistency in audio quality.
The audiobooks once completed will be distributed across major podcast and audiobook platforms. As royalties are generated from listenership and sales over time, the actors will be fairly compensated via a long term royalty-sharing model for their work. Royalties will be calculated based on a pre-determined percentage of net audiobook revenue and distributed semi-annually for a period of 10 years. This allows actors to benefit from the success of titles they helped bring to life and gain higher compensation as the catalogue grows in popularity.
We are seeking dedicated professionals enthusiastic about transforming stories from page to audio. Candidates must have a calm, clear voice suitable for long-format narration.
