We are a professional cleaning company based in London, specializing in providing cleaning services to businesses. We are seeking an experienced telemarketer or appointment setter to help us secure B2B cleaning contracts and manage leads for upcoming contract renewals.
Job Requirements:
B2B Telemarketing & Cold Calling: Reach out to businesses in London (offices, retail, property managers, schools, etc.) to introduce our commercial cleaning services.
Appointment Setting: Book appointments with decision-makers (e.g., office managers, facility managers, procurement officers) to discuss their cleaning needs and offer tailored cleaning solutions.
Contract Renewal Information: For businesses already under contract, gather details about their current service providers and end-of-contract dates and assess their interest in switching providers.
Lead Qualification: Identify key decision-makers and gather relevant contact details, such as the best times to reach them and any specific service needs they may have.
Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up strategy to ensure leads stay engaged and move through the sales pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in B2B Sales & Telemarketing: Proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting within B2B markets, preferably within the service industry.
Results-Oriented: Ability to generate high-quality leads and set appointments with decision-makers. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Must be able to manage multiple leads, track appointment schedules, and provide detailed reports. Independent & Proactive: Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet weekly or monthly goals. Additional Information:
Target Market: Businesses in London, including office buildings, commercial properties, retail stores, schools, nurseries, and other B2B clients.
Services Provided: Regular office cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and other bespoke cleaning services.
Expectations: Weekly reporting on leads generated, appointments scheduled, and feedback from prospects.
Payment: Please provide your pricing structure, including your hourly or project rates. We’re open to discussing performance-based incentives for successful contract conversions or lead generation.
