We’re looking for an experienced Web Developer to join our growing team and help us create exceptional digital experiences. In this role, you will develop and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern web technologies, with a strong preference for Next.js as the core framework. You will collaborate closely with designers and product teams to enhance functionality, improve user experiences, and achieve key business objectives.
You will be responsible for delivering new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring the stability of our websites and applications. One of your primary goals will be to reduce page load times to under 3 seconds across all platforms, leveraging the latest best practices in performance optimization. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in rolling out 1-2 new product features every month, meeting both user needs and business goals.
A major part of your work will involve optimizing the user experience across devices, ensuring full mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. We expect you to maintain a high standard of code quality, aiming to achieve a code quality adherence of at least 90%, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any critical issues within 24 hours. You will also stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies, participating in at least two industry events per year to enhance your knowledge and bring new ideas to the table.
