I am interested in setting up a 10 hours per week option.
I am a courier company owner in Peterborough, UK. We have two sides to the business - Sameday and Nextday - there is already a next-day sales person and they create and close their own pipeline. However the same-day side of the business is in need of revitalising. So the plan is to have somebody cold-call the area, then pre-qualify leads and finally set appointments for me to visit and develop into active customers. I only need 10 hours per week for this. Any more would give me too much back-end admin to do.
The same-day market is a cut-throat place and cost is always a component of the close but so is 'trust' and 'customer service'.
