I seek an experienced UK-based architect to refine existing home design plans. A prior planning application was submitted to the local council but requires minor alterations per their recommendations. The selected architect will analyze the council's feedback and strategically modify the drawings accordingly. Changes are anticipated to be negligible yet crucial for approval.
Strong communication and client service is paramount as timely coordination will be needed with all relevant parties.
