Project Description: Automation Setup for Lead Generation & Outreach Campaign
I need an experienced, skilled freelancer to set up a fully automated lead generation and outreach system using Apollo.io, Heyreach, and HubSpot. This isn’t for someone who “believes” they can figure it out on the go—I’m looking for a professional who has genuinely done this before and understands the purpose of creating a seamless, hands-off system to reach, segment, and nurture leads.
Background: I’m a one-person business currently managing a clunky, manual process that’s at best sporadic. I’ve been looking for someone who can take this off my hands and implement a system that automates the process from end to end. Since I’m on standard, single-user subscriptions (not enterprise-level), the solution needs to work within these limitations.
Key Project Requirements:
Apollo.io: Set up segmented contact lists and automate lead transfer to Heyreach, leveraging Apollo’s data mapping and filtering features. Heyreach: Create LinkedIn messaging sequences tailored to specific personas, integrating seamlessly with Apollo.io. HubSpot: Set up workflows in HubSpot to nurture contacts who engage on LinkedIn, delivering personalised content (case studies, testimonials) based on lead profile and engagement level. The goal is a system that runs with minimal management so I can direct my marketing budget toward creative efforts rather than admin costs.
