I am seeking a knowledgeable freelancer to help build and manage an organic dropshipping business focused on sustainable and ethical products. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and running an online store utilizing a dropshipping model along with strong skills in product research, supplier selection, and inventory management.
The initial scope of work will include selecting 5-10 high quality niche product categories to feature, evaluating potential suppliers that meet sustainability and sourcing standards, integrating these suppliers into a Shopify or similar backend, and designing product pages and a simple brand identity. Once the store is launched, the freelancer will monitor sales, work with suppliers on fulfillment, and analyze metrics to inform new product additions or strategy adjustments.
As the business grows, additional tasks may include paid social media promotion, creating educational blog content, and potentially expanding into a limited number of private label products. The ideal freelancer will be highly organized, have strong written communication skills, and be comfortable balancing multiple ongoing tasks simultaneously in a remote, flexible work environment. Experience building an authentic brand centered around ethics is strongly preferred over quick profitability. This is envisioned as an ongoing working relationship if initial objectives are achieved.
