We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced freelancer who specializes in creating Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs). Our objective is to develop an LXP specifically designed for professionals in the risk management industry, catering to a wide audience rather than a single organization. The primary purpose of this LXP will be to aggregate and curate a diverse range of risk management-related content, including thought leadership, peer-reviewed articles, news, videos, and other valuable resources. It is crucial to establish a comprehensive taxonomy of relevant and trending areas to effectively categorize various areas of risk management, such as enterprise risk management, emerging risk, geo-political risk, insurance, business continuity management, ESG risk, cyber risk, risk assessment, work health safety, and public liability risks.
Operating on a subscription-based model, the LXP will provide access to a variety of content sources, including RSS feeds, contributions from companies, academia, and independent experts. Additionally, the platform will serve as an online community, fostering discussions, critiques, and comments on the shared content. To enhance the learning experience, the LXP will incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to provide content summaries and actionable insights.
Moreover, we intend to include a dedicated section within the platform where targeted users can access training manuals. The LXP should also integrate robust data and analytics functionalities to identify user interests and measure engagement levels with specific content.
In additon to individual users i will also be seeking to work with enterprise users seeking to build skills at scale within organisations or a portfolio if users with a shared interest.
