I am seeking a skilled social media manager to oversee the social media presence and strategy for our growing brand. Key responsibilities will include content curation and creation across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness. The successful candidate will develop a content calendar, schedule posts in advance using appropriate management tools, track and report on key analytics. Experience producing graphics, videos and other engaging visual content is preferred. Responsibilities also include community management by monitoring platforms, responding to comments and messages, and addressing any customer service issues in a timely manner. The goal is to strengthen our online reputation and increase follower counts organically. Applicants should have at least 2 years experience developing and executing social media strategies for B2C brands. Experience with Hootsuite, Buffer or other scheduling tools is desirable. Impeccable English is required, while proficiency with Adobe, Photoshop and Canva for basic graphic design work is important. Knowledge of current social media best practices and analytics tools like Facebook Insights is needed to optimize our ROI.
