Responsibilities: - Work closely with our founding team to develop and execute strategic Facebook ad campaigns aimed at lead generation for our clients. - Conduct comprehensive research to understand client objectives, target audiences, and market dynamics, informing the development of tailored ad strategies. - Create compelling ad copy and captivating visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversions. - Utilize Facebook Ads Manager to set up, launch, and optimize ad campaigns, continuously monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies to refine ad targeting, messaging, and creative elements, driving continuous improvement and optimization. - Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of ad campaigns and offering actionable recommendations for enhancement. - Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in social media advertising, contributing to the ongoing evolution and refinement of our advertising strategies.
Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns for lead generation, preferably in a marketing agency or related setting. - Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and strong familiarity with ad targeting tools, optimization techniques, and campaign analytics. - Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance accordingly. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas, strategies, and results effectively to clients and team members. - Creative mindset and ability to develop innovative ad concepts and strategies that drive engagement and conversions. - Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
