Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for the company to engage with its target audience.
Analyze social media metrics, such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and follower growth, to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for how the company can leverage these to improve its social media presence.
Develop and maintain relationships with key social media influencers and brand ambassadors to help amplify the company's message.
Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and creative development.
Requirements for a Social Media Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of social media platforms, Meta business tools, and best practices Experience with social media analytics and reporting Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent organizational and project management skills.
