I'm looking for a virtual assistent for a long term engagement. The right candidate is professional in Dutch & English verbally and in writing.
The VA should be available during Netherlands office hours (9:00 to 17:00 CEST Monday to Friday)
The assignment includes: - Managing agenda, setting up meetings with contacts - Capturing notes during meetings - Managing administrative tasks including contract management of customers and employees - Manage email inbox, CRM, HR & Finance system - Act as 1st contact person and filter contacts for managing director
Payment based on actual worked hours with a maximum of 40 hours per week.
