We use Microsoft Teams for the internal communication within my business. I have basic administration / technical skills with the configuration of Office365.
I would like someone who is competent in Microsoft Teams to show me how to add Channel with RSS feeds, so my company of 30 people can stay on top of any posted software outages.
On my attempt at setting this up myself; it said I needed Admin’s permission to do this - I am the Administrator of my business Office365, so this is where I got stuck.
For the solution, I will setup a mutually convenient time for a Zoom call, I will share my screen and you can show me what I need to do. I will not be providing access to someone I don’t know ;-)
I expect this to be a 5-10 minute job for someone who has the right knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
