Expected duration: less than 1 week This is nothing more than a single page containing a form, which when submitted sends the information via email to a predefined email address. There is no ecommerce function to the site.
Technology: Plain HTML5/css/js is fine, and Classic ASP or PHP for the emailing part.

There is no specific requirement as to how to structure the form. For example, here are some possible options: Form being filled in in stages. Eg. one screen with From/To address, then another screen for customer details, etc Accordion, with each section needed to be filled in before the user can proceed to the next section. Simple form (eg. from/to and customer details), and an Advanced option/link which then makes visible all the various options.
