Expected duration: 1 - 6 months We are searching for experienced marketing specialists to apply their expertise to turn our product and technical content into content that drives brand awareness, thought leadership and drive sales. For an estimated six (6) weeks, we are looking to work with the right person/agency to complete a project that supports the launch of our rebranded company and services with the hopes to establish a long-term partnership where they provide strategic and operational Marketing and/or Social Media activities, driving awareness and sales for our company.
Required Experience
We will require evidence of prior experience for the following areas:
- Translating technical writing into marketing and sales copy (i.e. for website, social media and marketing materials). - Launching a new product, specifically a subscription service, into the market. - Working with or a practical understanding of technical and/or transformation project management in a corporate environment. - Creating innovative and industry-relevant product/service branding. - Documenting strategic roadmaps and operational processes. - Training and/or knowledge of more than two globally recognized project or program management methodologies. - Demonstrating current knowledge of the recruiting industry. - Working as an employee in a corporate environment.
Expected Deliverables
The marketing specialist(s) will reference company content to provide marketing subject matter expertise in the planning and execution of the following deliverables: - Provide mentoring and direction (in the form of daily/weekly tasks) to our marketing/social media intern to support your delivery of the below deliverables. - Enhance designs for up to 3 product images. - Re-write the ‘About Us’ section for the website. - Rewrite 2x co-founder bios . - Submit at least 5x suggestions for a company tagline . - Recommend enhancements to website copy, iconography, imagery, UX, product descriptions of features. - Creation of Product / Service descriptions from technical descriptions. - Create a strategic marketing campaign including the mapping out the tasks (for all stakeholders) needed to implement considering the following: 170~ Candidates who applied for past job opportunities and the following Target Audiences: Global Enterprises (HR/Talent Acquisition Staff/Hiring Managers), Recruiting/Staffing Agencies and Job Seekers of IT project management roles - Social media posts created and scheduled (8 weeks) - Using provided content (ie on Excellence Standards, ConnectingTalent, Thought Leadership), create social media content for up to 8 weeks that is focused on brand awareness, promoting posted jobs, thought leadership and driving sales. Planned posting cadence: 1) LinkedIn: 1x post per week 2) Instagram: 1x post per week 3) Youtube: 1x video posted per week
