The site that needs to be upgraded is ReliefMine.com. The new WordPress website should:
1. Replicate the various pull down menus at the top of the current website.
2. Offer a place for online polls and random quotes.
3. Prominently display the Latest and Popular articles based on current view counts.
4. Preserve the view count each article has already received.
5. Not incorporate a template that uses a big-ass HERO image at the top like all other sites.
6. Allow for a comment system that doesn't rely on Facebook or Discuss.
7. Integrate any necessary RSS feeds.
8. Use Apache's mod_rewrite to ensure original URLs redirect properly.
9. Transfer a total of 169 articles from the database.
The completed project will be hosted on SiteGround.com.
I'm open to any suggestions on other useful features that should be included. This is a very low stress job, as there is no hard deadline as to when this needs to be finished.
