Looking for someone who can edit really clickable YouTube thumbnails with whom I can potentially work long-term. I am currently working on a video on the topic of waking up from the Matrix in real life.

It's important I have multiple really eye-catching thumbnails that I can A/B test and choose the best one to increase CTR (clickthrough rate)
I'm imagining one where I appear on the side of the thumbnail with digital text on the screen "Wake up from The Matrix" (or something that I can edit later) and some nice glitchy edits to make it pop on the YouTube browse page.
Please check all the resources I uploaded below and let me know what you think. These are not the actual resources you'll need to work with as I have more of them and in better quality. I can send all of them separately.
I need a fast turnaround on this one as I'm keen to launch the video in sync with the new Matrix film release which is happening this month.
You'll need to work with Adobe Photoshop and send me the project files for each thumbnail after you're done so I can go in and do any finishing tweaks. Please include the Adobe Photoshop version you're using IN THE FIRST SENTENCE of your reply so I know you have read this. Thanks!
