We are a long-established and highly respected Digital Agency based in Dublin that is now looking for UI/UX Designer to join their fast-growing team.
This role will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience and also be an analytical and creative designer, able to grasp user needs and solve problems.
Should be comfortable in taking data, scenarios, personas and make design solutions based on this, and have an excellent understanding of design systems and principles. As well as this, the ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a UX / UI Designer within the agency environment. • A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential. • Proficient in design software (e.g Photoshop, Invision, Sketch, Figma, XD) • Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus • Problem-solving aptitude • Analytical mind with a business acumen • Excellent communication skills
