Expected duration: less than 1 week Hello. Let me briefly describe what I do so you can better grasp my needs for this project:
* A QUICK OVERVIEW OF WHAT I DO * I specialise in making weight loss simple and lifelong for 25-50-year-old busy men & women who are carrying a lot of extra weight and wish to feel healthier, lighter, more energetic, and drop a few sizes.
One of the things I do to help my clients achieve these goals is to teach them how to eat better and make food choices that help them lose weight and feel healthier for the rest of your life; without cutting out the foods they love, feeling hungry all the time, making elaborate meal preparations, or struggling to eat at social gatherings.
* WHAT I NEED * For this project that I am posting, I need an article that is around 700-800 words long, covering the following topic:
How (high-quality) protein intake can benefit/support weight loss by promoting muscle preservation and fat loss.
I expect you to clearly and simply explain: - How improved body composition can help increase REE (resting energy expenditure), and how that is related to weight loss. - How improved body composition can help increase AEE (activity energy expenditure) since the person will be likely to move more when feeling lighter and stronger (stronger due to muscles having to carry less weight and not due to muscles being stronger since that requires weight-bearing activity and cannot be accomplished with nutrition only), and how that is related to weight loss. - How sufficient (high-quality) protein intake can help in avoiding/minimising weight-loss induced loss of muscular strength, power, and endurance, which in turn helps avoid/minimise bone loss, which in turn helps avoid/minimise disability (injury or fracture), which in turn would reduce the likelihood of imposed mechanical unloading (i.e. being forced to be bedridden or immobilised); and how that relates to weight loss. - That a combination of quality protein intake alongside weight-bearing exercise is the optimal method to preserve healthy muscles and bones since nutrition alone (alongside a sedentary lifestyle) is not enough.
