PULSAR are looking for freelancers experienced in Social Listening.
How are brand campaigns really performing online? What does a brand’s target audience look like, and how can they be reached? Where do consumers talk about product pain points and journeys to purchase?
Working for some of the world’s biggest companies and well-known brands in technology, media and entertainment, energy and healthcare, these are the types of questions we answer in Pulsar’s Research team.
In the last eight years, Pulsar has been at the forefront of defining social media research, and what can be achieved using social media and search data to answer our client’s business questions.
Our product team is continually developing Pulsar’s SaaS platform to give us and our clients the best technology solutions in the industry. Then as part of the Research team, you will be helping us to execute on projects that address our client’s questions across brand, communications, innovation & strategy.
We are looking to grow our freelance network, and we’re looking for smart, social listening experienced researchers interested in ad-hoc contract work. We’re interested in researchers of all levels and experience.
You’ll need to have had some experience of working with social media analytics platforms (e.g. Pulsar, Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon), but also other digital tools such as Facebook Audience Insights, Google search data, or Google Analytics.
You should ideally have experience contributing towards or managing entire research projects from keywords search design to analysis to report to report production. We would expect that you are proficient in writing in Boolean logic, manipulating and charting data in excel and are comfortable in communicating your findings and insights back to clients via PowerPoint presentations.
