Events listings
Property to rent
Property to buy
Market place (list items only like Craigslist)
Local business listings (categories - club/restaurant/bar/activities)
Sponsorship opportunities through payoneer payments
Breaking this down further, ideally this would happen:
Integration with Instagram and Facebook for posts.
Free Wordpress theme to begin with a view to premium if only option.
Categories for foodies and blog posts featured on the page.
Automation for cycle of activity integrating into search and content cycle of carousel to keep site constantly fresh feeling.
3rd party news RSS feed automated.
Site has to feel alive and fresh with updates 3/4/5 times per day at specific intervals through automated feed - not all happening 1/2 times per day all at the same time.
