We are looking for a freelancer to design and deliver a website for us according to the following specifications:
1. Develop a website atop Drupal content management framework;
2. Design the website with end-user functionality in mind (ie., development of the look and feel of the website);
3. Develop the website in a way that it is responsive/ adaptive to both desktop and mobile devices
4. Develop templates for the website, including, among others:
Blog;
Events;
News;
Product pages.
5. Incorporate RSS feed;
6. Incorporate user input fields (such as form creation);
7. Incorporate tagging functionality.

Who we are looking for:
A freelancer who is technically competent to perform all of the above tasks and who is responsive to user queries/questions during testing and can explain technical terms in plain language. The developer must be able to communicate reasonably well in English (both oral and written).
