Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a real passion and understanding for all things digital to join our team. You will be responsible for coming up with the marketing strategy for our clients, as well as managing the account. You’ll need to be a good blend of account management and planner with exceptional communication and organisation skills.
You will share the common goal to exceed client expectations and to create highly technical strategies for our clients to create unbeatable ROI across paid social campaigns, PPC and other marketing strategies.
As well as this you’ll need to have experience in growing social accounts, with an eye for detail and creativity. The social accounts include Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Linkedin.
Main roles and responsibilities:
Client manage two accounts (casino and restaurant accounts) Be the point of contact for clients with monthly catch up calls / as and when support is needed Create strategic marketing plans for both clients to increase their ROI Create the assets needed for campaigns Create monthly reports to show clients results Continuous strategic planning for new campaign ideas Manage internal social media accounts (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Facebook Tiktok) Create content for internal social accounts and follow a content calendar strategy Ability to create Tiktok videos desirable but not essential
About you:
Amazingly personable with great communication skills. Passion to work with people and a natural ability to handle challenging situations with personality and charm +2 years working in a similar role, delivering digital marketing campaigns Strong experience in paid social media campaigns Solid client facing experience Customer focused with the ability to understand customer needs and develop ideas to translate these into engaging online activities Strong planning and organisation skills are essential. Strong cross-channel experience / thorough understanding of SEO, PPC, Social, Paid Social and Content (not all essential) The ability to work to deadlines, juggling multiple tasks while working across clients, and go the extra mile to get things done Pride in your work … we treat our clients brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You will have real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection Excellent written and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail Proactive and resourceful, eager to learn and think out-of-the-box.
