Expected duration: Ongoing I need help launching my business on social media. We want to focus on Instagram initially and need support with the following:
BACKGROUND We have been going for three and a half years and are doing really well. We've recently expanded the business and are now looking to get out onto social media to drive more customers to our 12-Week Accountability Program. You can find more about it here: barkingaboutaction.com Our focus is on helping people achieve their goals by holding them accountable to their actions, helping them plan their goals and get a sense of success throughout their journey. We work with clients on personal issues as well as budding entrepreneurs.
POST CREATION Goal: scheduling 3 posts per day - This will include creating the image using one of our MANY canva templates from Viral Content Club (see attached). - Initial hashtag research and then ongoing tweaking and research dependant on the post. - Amazing copy to go along with the image. - We use SmarterQueue to manage all of social media posts so you should be familiar with similar systems. - Attached is a screenshot of our posting plan.
ENGAGEMENT Goal: daily engagement with potential clients - Scouring both Instagram and Twitter for people looking for help with their habits, productivity and motivation. - At least three hours a week trying to form new connections - First goal: Get our follower count to 1000.
TEAMWORK Goal: To become an extension of our team - We use Slack to communicate with each other so you will be expected to come along and join. - This is a long term position, hence why we want you to be part of the team. - Get to know the coaches and gain insight from them on what type of content you should/could be creating.
REQUIREMENTS - You need to be a native English speaker to ensure great communication. - You need to have an eye for design (even though we have amazing templates you still need to know if something looks good!) - You need to be able to use scheduling software such as SmarterQueue - You need to be a pro with using Canva.
GETTING REAL - Ideally, you would want to batch create the posts so that they are scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. - This means that in the first week you are going to be REALLY busy doing that, however after things will calm down and you can focus more on engagement and increasing our following. - We are a small business so our budget is limited but honestly, we want to build an amazing team around us so as things get busier we want to be able to give you more. - We work with a LOT of entrepreneurs starting businesses, many of who need help with their social media. If you're good we will always recommend you. (Our resident blog writer would definitely tell you it's worth being part of our team!) - I (the Founder) am super busy, however, I know the importance of making sure I bring a human element to social media. So I need you to help keep me on track with creating video or other content you may need.
MONEY - We are looking to pay £175 per month with the possibility of that rising if we can hit our initial goal of 1000 Instagram followers.
