An experienced VA/Executive assistant proficient with GSuite, calendar organising, has excellent English (native English or bilingual) writing and speaking skills, experienced using Trello, Zoom meeting booking, researching online, google alerts, MS office excellent skills, PPT, making phone calls to clients, organising weekly meetings, appointments, tech-savvy with good basic design skills - canva etc, very positive, detail-orientated, self-motivated, super organised and a go-getter needed. The business is around branding, transformational business and leadership development. Ideally someone who is currently UK based but can be flexible with international time zones and working hours - including weekends and using whatsapp.
I'm a very flexible, positive great boss, but because my business is branding, details are super important! Good grammar (can use Grammarly app etc), thinking of things before I do, a very positive can-do attitude and happy to work as and when needed. I work all the time as it's still new and I'm passionate about my work and always deliver a very high standard of work to my clients, so I need the same in an assistant. Getting things done with perfection and efficiency, would be musts!
Currently, I am looking for someone for a few hours a week but this may increase as time goes on.
