Our budget is limited so we are prepared to sacrifice features and versions rather than platform/infratructure quality. It is important to bear in mind that we will be adding on features as time progresses so there will be additional work for the chosen developer to continue the development of this App and other logistics related web and mobile development.
We have our own logistics back-end and a sophisticated integration platform which we can use to pass information to and from the mobile device.
We need to complete the basic functionality in 2 weeks.
We will want to communicate in English or Spanish so the chosen developer will have to have a good level of English / Spanish and speak it clearly and have the ability to have direct video conference calls with us.
