Business Logic: App needs to work as a communication tool to send push notifications and open web portal on smart phone. The portal is communication solution for a closed small community of residents who communicate with their property manager.
Technology background: The application has to work with a web portal built in Classic ASP, Bootstrap and MS SQL Server 2016. The portal is mobile responsive and has two modules, Admin and Resident modules, the portal is up and running.
