Your responsibilities will range from planning, implementing, analyzing and optimizing all performance marketing activities
You will start by optimizing performance in the accounts and implementing a process, organization and structure to deliver on these results and set a base for scalable growth. Once operational, you will be deploying continuous improvement across these specific areas and looking for opportunities to drive more qualified traffic to the site and as appropriate for physical retail.
Drive ecommerce revenue, achieve targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends.
Work in line with the monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and budgets.
Constantly evolve campaign performance and implement leading techniques that maximizes results.
Work with affiliate networks or internal brand departments or divisions to recruit new affiliates and negotiate commissions, build relationships and increase engagement with existing affiliates, ensuring the correct and timely delivery of campaign materials.
Work with the Site and Retail Merchandising team on annual site and campaign calendars, detailing the timelines of seasonal promotions, along with any other relevant campaigns.
Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders
