I am looking for someone to quote for the following;
Purchase a domain (the domain is .co.uk and is currently available for the first year at £0.99) Host that domain Install a membership software platform within that domain called aMember (www.amember.com). I will purchase that license. Create a portal for 71 residents on my housing estate who will be able to log in to the website through aMember, then do various things;
1) post comments 2) answer others comments 3) make payments
(1,2 and 3 above are all available within aMember once installed).
aMember software does allow administration functions, and up to 6 individuals of the 71 residents will be administrators.
I'd advise anyone who wishes to quote for this to take a look at aMember software first so that they realise how much aMember can actually do. I believe this may be relatively straightforward project, however I myself am not technically clever enough to do it!
