We provide high quality training in the Performance Arts both online and onsite at our London based studios. We operate 2 brands, each of which is operated through it’s own website. The first brand Brand 1, is an established acting studio that offers online and face to face workshops and classes at competitive prices. Brand 1 will be undergoing an operational re-structure and the incoming Ecommerce Manager will oversee the restructure, rebrand and relaunch of the website. Brand 2 is a premium e-learning business seeking to revolutionise training in the performing arts. Brand 2 is about to be launched and the incoming Ecommerce Manager will facilitate the launch of the website.
We are looking for someone to work with initial on a 3month contract basis, to: * Oversee Website Re/Development of new websites * Research and implement best solutions and practices for our brands including for example researching CRM and LMS * Work closely with internal teams on landing pages, content development, production and promotion * Develop a strong understanding of customer/user behaviour and identify needs to improve consumer experience * Work with SEO manager on optimising product pages, keyword research and deliver insights on search behaviour that inform the optimisation process * Recommend strategic and tactical changes to drive sales and profitability for example by increasing visitors, upselling etc * Track and analyse performance, identifying actions to optimise customer journeys, improve conversion and retention * Own and manage courses, classes and workshop calendars and update product and course information on each website * Own and manage each website technical performance and maintain daily site checks for any bugs, errors with the IT team * Work with internal teams to plan and implement the CRM strategy * Implement the CRM strategy and manage an email marketing programme * Work with Marketing team to implement sales funnel strategy and oversee the development of assets * Work with the marketing team to build & deliver email and digital campaigns to drive awareness and sales
You must have:
* Solid experience of eCommerce/website management experience and growing online sales of a D2C company * Experience generating and implementing effective sales and operations strategies * Extensive experience with performance marketing, analytics and CMS platforms, such as Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Optimise, and media platforms * An analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends and insights within reporting * A proven track record of success in scaling digital business through cross channel user acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives * Experience scaling a subscription as well as eCommerce products and services * Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyse, synthesise, recommend and take actions * The capacity for self-motivation, independent initiative and creative problem solving * A diligent attention to detail and strong technical and numerical intuition * Expert communication, presentation and material preparation skills required * Excellent English oral and written communication skills * Able to communicate effectively, and work as part of a team * Experience working with teams remotely
