We are looking for someone in the UK to provide a set number of hours per week to work closely with us and our clients on a range of marketing projects and campaigns.
This is a great opportunity to work on a wide range of multi-channel marketing activities and develop or learn new skills.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Contribute towards varied marketing campaigns and plans for our clients - Social media management: support strategy, write and deliver engaging content across several channels), research competitor activities and initiatives - Website maintenance: assist in creating marketing copy and updating client websites on both WordPress and custom CMS platforms - Email campaigns: assistance during the creation of email campaigns, scheduling and data preparation
Additional experience with Facebook advertising, Google Ads and other digital advertising channels will be beneficial and would mean you can offer support in these areas also.
Provide administrative support, including:
- Client communications via email where required - Data entry for marketing plans, schedules and budgets - Tackle additional tasks or duties where appropriate - Participate in online meetings
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Ability to write accurate, imaginative copy and communicate across all mediums with attention to detail - Knowledge of web content management systems and email marketing software (and willingness to learn) - High level of organisation and attention to detail - Comfort with multi-tasking - Excellent time management skills - Familiarity with social media, email marketing, PPC and other areas of digital marketing - Good communication and email etiquette - Intuition with various systems or apps such as Monday.com, Clickup, MS Excel, etc
