Expected duration: less than 1 week I need to develop employee presence and customers queue monitoring app using RingCentral webhooks. The project will be built by subscribing to events in RingCentral. The notifications will be received via webhooks as soon as there is a change in subscribed endpoints. These notifications will be logged to a database and select queries will be made every 1 second and will be posted to a webserver.
Applicant should have excellent English and Communication skills over the phone to come in live sessions and handle requirements and critique. I am happy to consider any stack: Custom infrastructure using Node/Express and PostgreSQL, Python, Azure Cloud Services or AWS/GCP.

1) Need to subscribe to "Account Telephony Sessions" endpoint and "Presence" endpoint 2)For presence (to find agents available) : https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Account-Presence-Event 3) For Telephony sessions (to find call in queue) : https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Account-Telephony-Sessions-Event 4) Data will be transmitted via webhook or pubnubs functionality, as explained in (https://developers.ringcentral.com/guide/notifications/webhooks/quick-start) 5)Data will be logged to a database and then Queries will be made to find agents available and calls in queue every second and posted to a webserver 6) On the webserver's URL we should be able to obtain a live feed of required entities.
Applicant should have at least 3-4 years of Webhook/Infrastructure, API and cloud solutions design experience.
