We would like for someone to create x3 simple Websites for our x3 different Businesses. We already own the x3 Domains attached to basic hosting packages (if you visit the sites currently they take you to an online PDF as a temporary arrangement until we have the websites up and running).
I have a extensive background in Design, Videography and Marketing & Branding. Due to the fact I have a high workload developing other areas of the businesses, we are outsourcing the task - we are hoping to find a talented web designer who can get these three sites up and running then hand them over to myself at the end to take forwards and update in the future. I would perhaps prefer Wordpress as have experience in producing Wordpress sites, but Im also open to other types of site, as long as it is simple to update in the future at the end of the project.
The 3 Businesses are (in Summary): 1. A 'Food Certification Company' (they inspect Food factories and provide them with recognised Certificate for their products). 2. A 'Food Project Management Company' (they Project Manage large scale food projects internationally, working closely with Charity organisations who want to provide food aid to people in poor countries around the world). 3. A 'Food Trade Business' (targeting global businesses - not selling to the public - website to launch with no more than 10 products). **This is not an e-commerce site in the traditional sense (with a checkout/basket function), businesses interested in the products are to get in touch via phone/email and order.**
The usual site pages/structure will apply, mainly: - Home(Landing) Page - About Page - Services/Products Page (where applicable) - Contact Us Page
We want the websites to be very clean and modern, including the way the user interacts with the buttons and menus - the website must also be quick to load, dynamic (clean animation as you scroll and move through the websites) and responsive (look fantastic on all devices). **If you have any experience with developing strong SEO then this is a bonus and can be discussed as an extra cost - if you do have these expertise then please mention this in your application.**
The websites are relatively simple with no more than 10pages per site. We need them to be up and running before the end of February 2021 so please make sure you have the time to dedicate to this project before applying. As explained above, we need the sites to be designed in a way that is simple to manage and update once the project is complete and handed over back to us - this is very important(!) Secondly, we're looking for a designer who is easy/friendly to work with, flexible and proactive. We know from previous experience that a website may need multiple changes after the initial design has been reviewed - some designers charge extra for any revisions/changes made, if this is you then please do NOT apply for the project (we will of course try to reduce any changes to an absolute minimum so that its a good use of your time!).
