On this Joomla! website: https://www.wedotraining.com/courses the following fields need changing:
(A) 1. Sector 2. Category 3. Course
I need to change these 'single select' dropdowns to auto-select instead of requiring the 'Submit' button to be pressed. Similar to the 'onchange' action seen in HTML (https://tinyurl.com/y38w4xto) but I think this needs to be JavaScript or other?________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ (B) 4. Postcode.
This is an 'input' field so does the 'Submit' button need to remain? Please advise what other options there might be. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ (C) 5. Formats 6. Locations

I would like a page load icon displayed the page is being refreshed if possible.
Please doument this work: I would like the original files to remain in place but renamed (EG - Filename-ORIGINAL-DATE.php) plus a separate document supplied explaining the step-by-step process that was implemented to enable this change.
It's crucial that decent code is used and no hacks. If you feel the wrong method has been used and something different would get better results I will be open to your expert opinion.
