HealthDay, the world’s largest syndicated health news service and a leading provider of health and medical custom content solutions is looking for a technology and operations administrative assistant to help the CEO and team members with the operations.
1) On a daily basis upload content to our CMS. Roughly 15 stories and 1 video each weekday
2) Manage creation and delivery of XML, RSS, HTML, JSON feeds to client. This is generally only done once per client, but may involve some troubleshooting if its not working properly. These are generated by our CMS, so the ideal skill here is experience pulling in an XML or RSS feed into a CMS system.
3) Oversee office admin such as G-suite adding new members, removing old members, creating alias groups etc. Also oversee other SAAS service subscriptions such as SLACK, Zoom etc, adding and removing users as needed.
4) Make minor changes to our own website including some content updates, overseeing relationships with programmatic advertising partners, as well as maintaining and monitoring site analytics. For this role, the person should have some web development experience (HTML, CSS, Javascript), a basic understanding of ad serving, and familiarity with Google Analytics. Knowledge of SEO best practices is a big bonus, but not essential.
5) Other administrative tasks as needed.
Hourly Range: $25.00-$30.00
