I need a basic Python application, 1 page ideally using Flask. It should have 2 functions ( 2 buttons) 1) It should browse for a csv file, read that csv file and paste some records on the screen or in a grid. It just needs to prove that it has read the file. The file will be stored on azure storage account so the python app needs to read the location by using the azure storage name, path and access keys? - if this is possible I will update the .py file with the correct storage details.
2) Secondly, a second button to load the file into a sql azure database. I will provide a sample file it will be max 10 columns and 5 rows. It should insert the rows and just print an ok message somewhere. I will update the .py file with the correct database details and if you supply me a script to create the sql table I will create it on my database.
The idea is to understand how this can work so the code should be reasonably well commented.
The Azure storage account is of this type: Replication Read-access geo-redundant storage (RA-GRS) Account kind StorageV2 (general purpose v2)
