Expected duration: 1 - 6 months The application I would like to develop is a pay-per-qrcode application. Clients are expected to contact me first prior to send them the credentials.
Application Abilities:
1. Be able to upload pdf or jpg of a plan or map view of a location.
2. Be able to add points on it and map them to appropriate qrcodes.
3. Client ability to create and print qrcodes.
4. Each time a defined qrcode is scanned a message with notes and level of performance to be able to be inserted/saved.
5. Ability to create a heatmap overlay on the uploaded image based on levels recorded by the used per day/input period.
6. Ability to see historical values for specific point.
7. Ability to create separate "projects" .
My example client would be a meter counter inspector. I want him to be able to scan each meter, once scanned the menu to popup select the meter damage level and maybe add a note. Once all the project region's meters are scanned, I would like his manager to be able to create and download all relevant data and notes for the meters and heatmaps of the respective plans for his selected period of interest.
I would like to eventually have more than one client, as a result I would like them to have a limit of active qr-coded items/meters but have the ability to print more qr-codes and add more items/meters if requested and approved.
As the inspectors have all sorts of phone devices, I would like an appropriate app on iOS and Android systems at launch.

I expect the payments to be done via bank transfers, as a result, I do not wish a payment system at this point in time.
I have a client request for such an application already and once we hit the number 10 on our client base, I envision to expand this application with more capabilities. This is why I would like the collaboration to be continuous and fruitful, understanding there's more to it.
