We're looking for a freelance sales person for our business; we're a corporate gifting company that allows employers to reward and say thanks to their staff with gift boxes. We launched during the last lockdown and things took off faster than we imagined an as a result we now need someone who can fully take the reins in a sales role.
You will be:
- Building your own database of contacts and leads based on the brief and target audience we provide - Contacting businesses that fit the brief via phone/socials/online networking and pitching who we are and what we do - Your aim will be to attract CEOs/Heads of Talent/Recruitment/Head of people to what we do and what we are all about and hopefully get them to sign up for an order to try us out.
You will need
- Your own phone/landline and internet connection and laptop so you can source the right companies and make the right contacts - Telesales and Business Development Experience. Minimum 2 years. I have 15 years experience in Business Development myself so can offer full guidance and help throughout. - Clear, well spoken and professional sounding voice on the telephone. - Not afraid to pick up the phone and get talking to people - Make between 60-100 contacts per day depending on hours/days agreed.
There's just two of us here running this gig and it's our 'baby' and thus we're immensely proud of it which means we want and need to hire someone who is not only great at sales but whom we feel represents the brand and who we are/what we're about.
