Expected duration: 1 - 6 months Project is to implement a Cloud-Based Platform web application (Mobile and Web application) as an would enhancement to an existing e-learning solution The enhancements to the platform would enable the web-based application to provide a digital solution supporting clients developed training modules.
The Cloud-Based Platform implementation aims to provide companies client base to access the platform through either a web browser, an Android App, Apple IOS App or Windows Support Audit reports to be completed on Laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. Support Audit reports can be completed offline and then uploaded as soon as wi-fi is available.
The app-based concept platform should generate corrective and preventive action reports with the following modules, and these modules will be discussed in detail with the selected supplier.
• Sign Up (clients can purchase application online) • System Administration • Auditor (interface for staff undertaking the audit) • Reporting numbers of : - Audits completed - missed audits - Nonconformities raised - Nonconformities closed out - nonconformities open - Areas for Improvement raised - Areas for improvement open
Proposal to include 1. overall approach to concept platform design, project management and quality assurance. 2. Experience and examples of Cloud Base Platform development including design of web-based platform for use by end users. 3 General understanding of audit requirements, in terms of data capture, relevant to audit report development and report creation 4. ability to deliver the functional platform by end Mar 2021 latest (9 weeks delivery timeframe) 5. professional expertise, knowledge and capacity of the delivery team related to the project requirements, as detailed under "The Specification". Specification to be discussed with choosen supplier 6.
