Our intention is to create open source solutions for the population of the inhabitants of planet earth. We have the idea to start a collaborative process to manage in a community way the further development of this tool.
We want to fund the initial development and ask for the code to be open-source available on a code repository preferrably not github. Whoever wants to handle this project should also write a small description for the people who want to deploy it on a server as well as instructions how to do so.
The service we want to create is simple and aimed at creating a pandemic safe method for social protest.
It should be,
+ a webservice that is callable through the browser + gives a master tact and rhytm to all the connected clients + this beat should be available as visual sign, website color changes + or as a toggle that will create a sound instead + it should rely on only very little transmitted data + it should keep all the connected clients in sync so they can hit the drum together independent from where they are + it should be able to handle a lot of clients simultaniously preferrably if possible on a low server specification + we provide the timings we want to use but they should be changeable for all the different projects that want to use this tool
So people anywhere should be enabled to drum together in these hard times :)
We want to create also an app but it is not included in this project to do but to make it complete we want to tell about it. It porivedes the same but because it is an app it can access the flashlight as a signal :D
We are limited with our funds but try to start it this way. Of course all the people are invited to collaborate and share this project even tough they are not official assigned to it. We believe the united people stiving for the better can solve all the major challenges that we face in our world.
