I am looking to develop a sustainability calculator for fashion companies.
The calculator will measure and know the 1) water use, 2) climate change (CO2), eutrophication and waste footprint behind products from raw material extraction to point of sale (not included material processes and manufacture).
The different figures that the calculator should include are the weight of the garment, different material used (percentage of each material), type of transport used (from raw material extraction to sale point) and distance in Km.
This calculator would be for internal use. We want to add it to our WordPress website as well. I am happy to find someone who can perform an excel with all the calculations or someone who can do the whole job.
I am going to attach a picture from a brand called Ecoalf as an example to see what are we looking for. As we are not experts in this field we are open to hearing new suggestions about this project.
