About the role:
Due to the expanding needs of the market, we are seeking a brilliant Business Development Specialist, a person who loves challenging and innovating teams, thrives in creating and closing business opportunities from scratch and is able to nurture relationships with different people across the world.
Your role will revolve working with multiple stakeholders inside and outside our company, to create and maintain business relationships with our clients in the following arena: Online Data Collection, Data Visualization. You will be working remotely, from anywhere in Europe preferably, and have a flexible schedule of 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday, business hours in Europe and the US.
Goals:
To meet the the sales quota, you will have to reach USD 45000 per quarter To close 50% of the opportunities in the pipeline, inbound leads, per month
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads Follow up on inbound leads from different sources, such as company website, upwork Follow the lead through the whole sales process, from lead generation, appointment setting, nurture the relationship Prepare and present proposal Closing sales Follow the customer through their entire life cycle - account management Use and update Bitrix24 CRM, use Ringcentral for all communication Work collaboratively with all stakeholders, including the delivery team based in India on the project delivery within the scope and deadlines Follows through with accounts for the invoices to be paid in due time
Requirements: Sales and Business Development experience of at least 3 years for a reputable IT company Understanding the benefits Data brings to organizations - Data Analytics, Data Collection and Dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Goodle Data Studio) would be an asset Sales CRM familiarity Good command of sales strategy and tactics Outstanding command of English Great communicator Open to always learn new things, tips and tricks in the industry Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen. Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints. Takes initiative and works well independently.
