We are a small agency in Torquay in urgent of some UK based expert assistance we lost 2 members of staff suddenly in the last 2 weeks and have more work than we can handle.
We have a client with immediate need of work as follows please could you give me an estimate of time and cost to complete these tasks I have listed them in some-kind of priority order:
LEARNERS PORTAL PRIORITY - (Learndash/Divi)
• Redesign of the flow/UI for learndash journey 'New/Crew' etc, clearly showing what stage each member is at all the way through.
• Video link submission - (this is done as an essay question where the student adds a YouTube watch link)
• Video preview box and Feedback boxes adding in. (This is for the instructor for marking when they view the quiz entry using Ucanny Owl groups frontend management )
• Portfolio pages of all uploads and feedback. (This is part of the learners account and would be a separate view to the my account this will also at some pint need to be displayed in the Childs parents account on the main site where the subscription is purchased)
• Automatic portal account creation when creating a new subscription. Have tried 3 times and it didn't create an account. (This comes from another site where the subscription is purchased I have looked at doing this with web hooks)
IMPORTANT TO SORT -
• Obviously the big one is the dashboard, as discussed. Back to sessions next week and still the only way to see who's coming is to download an export of each session. Got us by for a few weeks, but I don't want staff to have to do this and they are back to work next week! ( This will be the first page staff members see when logging in it will show number of active subscribers for each location currently 2, latest march orders awaiting processing, who is attending sessions on that day including session name, time, child name, and a checkbox to show they attended this attendance will eventually save to their profile)
• Child photos on records (Add extra filed to our custom meta for a file upload)
NIGGLY BITS ON WEBSITE - (Woocommerce/Woo Subscriptions/Divi
• Installing subscriptions has changed all my affiliate product subtitles to 'subscribe', (need to conditionally switch between subscribe and order)
• Has also changed all woocommerce products such as hoodies to 'choose session' on the drop down. (As above needs to be appropriate)
• Holiday club and birthday party bookings - Need to differentiate location. We said we'd remove the calendar booking from parties and just have drop downs, location - month - date - Time.(This is currently a Woo bookings product needs to be converted to a variable with some conditional fields.)
• The customer journey when buying a subscription makes sense, sign up, go to the form to collect details, but that process is also happening on products, like buying a hoodie, which doesn't make sense, just needs to show the woo 'added to basket' bar and let them continue shopping. (Need to prevent go to cart on normal products)
• CSS keeps dropping out on the main site, goes blue, (This is a Divi cache issue the site has multiple cache plugins will need all removing and starting again Hummingbird is our preference as we have a subscription)
• My Account - We said we'd strip this out to just the essentials needed for members to change their account details/payments etc and make it look nice and more user friendly. Parents are still emailing and asking us to make changes, they don't know how to do it. (Needs cleaning up and some items removing an a more friendly look)
• Emails - People are still not getting emails delivered, lot's of them. (Need to investigate email delivery)
