Below is the work plan for a web site that is currently being developed for me. I will need a developer with experience in the technologies being used to do a technical audit on the development as it is still in progress. Sports Pawpaw is a social media website with a forum for football fans, and a podcast page for live broadcast to the fans. The developer is working within a four week deadline, and i will like his job to be audited as the job progresses. He is on the second week of work now.
Terms of Reference for audit: (1) Ensure that the development work being done meets industry best practice (2) Ensure the development work matches the work plan he has presented. (3) I will want a report presented to me at the end of weeks 2 and 3, when hopefully the job will be completed. (4) Auditor will need to be proficient on the technologies being used on this site, C Sharp, ASP Net, CSS, Javascript.
