Expected duration: 1 - 6 months Kitty Kat Haven requires a revision of their current website and professional branding package. using our current branding guidelines. KKH is currently hosted within the latest WordPress template, a revision or newly adopted WordPress Template is fine to use; however, it must be easily maintained within KKH admin role, cannot be custom code or hardcoded within the website when modifying content and verbiage.
Creation of a newly redesigned home page and overall site design for Kitty Kat Haven, (using WordPress, will be considered if designed thinks it’s easier. Hosting and domain have already been obtained, looking to obtain a web developer to assist in the following requirements –
· Website must scale to all Bring Your Own Devices (BYOD) (laptop, desktop, tablet, phone), be attractive, functional, and user-friendly across all listed platforms.
· Easy GUI interface once completed revising verbiage and links when required.
· Optimize WordPress SEO
ü Optimising Meta tags
ü Configure the social meta tags, for improved social media interaction.
ü Accelerated mobile pages (AMP) plugin so you’re in line with Google’s latest recommendations
ü Schema markup (Structured Data) for your logo, general business information, phone number (if appropriate) etc.
ü Ensure H1, H2 and H3 tags are being used effectively
ü Setup and configure a sitemap.xml file, and submit it to Google
ü robots.txt file is configured correctly
ü URLs are search engine friendly
· Incorporation of all current social media integration, specifically easy to share radio buttons and hyperlinks to the following social media websites - FaceBook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIN
· Must be able to one-click share blog posts, website, and donation page.

· The donation page needs to be easy to use and increase clarity for potential donors. Will also need to connect to a donors "next step" Journey -
Donors will be redirected to a "thank you" page whereupon completing a financial donation via a Little Green Light form, based on the type and amount of donation made.
· Create a new blog webpage as a child object into the menu item. Additionally, you will create a blog that has the following capabilities – Easy to blog posts/news/ RSS update feed
· Ability to share Blog Posts within KKH easily with all social media (FB, IG, YouTube, LinkedIN, Pinterst, etc)
· Have an easy system for creating powerful and stylish contact forms that are easy to build and maintain. Ability to easily create a user-friendly contact form that falls in line with our current brand and messaging. Also, provide the ability for users to receive message confirmation and email directly to KKH administrators.
All administrative control, user accounts, passwords will be turned over to KKH and KKH admins at the completion of the project. All content created is owned and copyrighted by KKH.org.
Branding package – We already have a logo and color scheme, just looking for someone to give it a professional makeover. Looking for Brand elements to include:
· Create a vector life with ALL formats (.Ai, .EPS, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF), Original vector logo scaleable to any size.
· Main logo with at least 2 color variations
· Secondary logo with 2 color variations
· Fonts
· Colour Palette (colors provided)
