The role: We are looking for a Solutions Architect who holds leadership over all aspects of technical delivery, with strong expertise in programming, software architecture design, and cloud-based infrastructure configuration. Someone who can disassemble the Fintech & Banking ecosystem and build a strong value proposition. What you’ll be doing: · Understanding of banking and payment processing ecosystem · Understands the regulatory and compliance aspects of the payment ecosystem · Able to liaise with the Technology consultant (CTO) to: Define and document the technology strategy and roadmap, Document the system architecture, and Document the IT policy · Decide the best vendors to deal with given the technology, SLA, commercial variation between various vendors. · Working with product team, clients, and vendors to understand their requirements and infrastructure · Able to deploy and recommend further enhancement to the solution depending on the infrastructure available in each market and based on the feedback received from the product team. · Able to lead the implementation team (In-House or Outsourced) of the architecture and solution · Dynamic and team worker who is details and target oriented · Familiarity with the Open Banking, Open source and licensed digital banking solutions, Digital Onboarding, CMS, Payment Processing, Core Banking integration and ledger solution · Leading the Integration with various vendors within the financial ecosystem
· What you’ll need: · Experience and knowledge of in mobile-first and customer experience concepts · Experience and knowledge of customer service solutions and systems · Experience and knowledge of hybrid cloud implementation · Guided by the CTO, able to lead the infrastructure, data, architecture, as well as the information governance · An awareness of the leading Fintech Institutions such as Revolut, Monzo, Starling Bank, etc
