Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks Hello. I chair a small charity in the UK. membership has been hit by Covid-19 and I want to allow regional members (all volunteers) to have sufficient marketing collateral - templates - outbound letters etc.. to mount a local recruitment drive.
The charity is registered in the UK. It works with the 'Church of England' (Anglican) and its base spans many ages and backgrounds, and the individuals do not need to be from a christian background.
The need is as follows:-
1. To provide a template 'pack' that can be sent to members. 2. The pack is to include the basics - about what we do, why, how, and why we need new members. 3. Articulate the history, the sense of duty, the social side and the exercise. 4. We need a powerpoint deck that can be customised - using existing logos and we have photos too. 5. We want to personalise with stories of individuals who make up the membership. 6. Wording needs to go forward to local new print (we can insert the right words) as they will look at publishing.
The template pack can then be amended locally, tailored to specific needs and they (the members) can print off and circulate.
We want to work carefully, we are not looking to rush this, but we need from now to the end of 2020 to start and then introduce this in 2021.
We can articulate what the charity does nearer the time, you will be pleasantly surprised! and we can credit the work to you in our publications.
We do not want:
1. someone thinking that can do this quickly. 2. someone who doesn't have a good grasp of english. 3. someone who will 'cut and paste' from elsewhere. 4. someone who comes back within the first 5 minutes who has not even bothered to read this.
We DO want:
1. Someone who listens. 2. Can articulate grammatically. 3. Able to insert their artistic side - flare 4. can use powerpoint 5. Able to be creative and think differently.

The upside will be to then look at replication of this to other geographical areas & doing some work for my own Company separately.
