Profile: Analytical and creative designer who’s able to grasp user needs, solve problems and make our platform more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain members
Duties and responsibilities: Understand product specifications and user psychology Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback Create personas through user research and data Work closely with Product Owner to understand vision, roadmap and product backlog” or similar. Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success Develop wireframes and prototypes around member and luminary needs Find creative ways to solve UX problems (eg usability, findability) Communicate attractive design ideas and prototypes to developers Keep abreast of industry trends
Skills and requirements: Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role Strong portfolio of design projects Background in project management and research Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture Proficient in design software (eg UXPin, Balsamiq, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus Problem-solving aptitude Analytical mind with a business acumen Business know-how: understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences Strong attention to detail A user-centric mindset Excellent communication skills BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
